How it went

🎆 WELCOME TO ABUGO CITY 🎆

Bringing four companies – Shopsys, Reservio, Smartsupp and Survio – under one roof, finding a common thread and creating a coherent concept was a tough nut to crack, but together with Andrea Pastrnek we delivered the most complex project in our history.

From the initial idea through design, project documentation, dealing with the authorities, construction, finishing touches and finding the right mix of materials all the way to choosing the coffee supplier – everything passed through our hands, and after a year-long journey you will now find offices meeting today’s strictest standards at Brno’s Campus Science Park.

The whole space is designed as a city: instead of walking down a main corridor, you stroll along a boulevard lined with street lamps! You can meet on the main square, which works as a flexible coworking area, or in meeting rooms inspired by venues with street signs – shall we meet in the Gallery, the Wellness or perhaps the Cabaret?

Huge credit and thanks go to everyone in the whole ABUGO family – we got to know amazing professionals and great people, from the first workplace workshop to the last office tour. Thank you, Petr Svoboda and Boris Bošiak, for the free hand, the mutual trust and a relationship that was not purely professional; Tereza Matejčík for nerves of steel during the move; and the whole HR team (Václav Jelen, Darina Cintavá, Lucia Balážová) for the right communication within the company.
