- Working in a tight-knit team with our partners, we covered every aspect of the project, from negotiations and the search for suitable premises through the legal side, design, planning and engineering to the construction itself.
What the client said
After three branches, we decided to move our headquarters onto a single, complete floor. Honza and Andrea met all the requirements we had for the space, including plenty of places for calls, relaxation and informal meetings.
How it went
A year-long project for CoolPeople’s new HQ in the Trimaran building in Prague’s Pankrác district. The client moved from the neighbouring building into brand-new premises which, across 3,116 m², include everything the company needs for its dynamic growth.
A combination of built focus rooms, call booths from market leader Framery, nooks in the lobby, terraces and an airy open space overall contributes to the productivity of the whole company. The Concept.a studio placed emphasis on airiness, light and connecting the whole company on one compact floor.
Complexity is what describes this project perfectly. Working in a tight-knit team with our partners, we covered every aspect of the project, from negotiations and the search for suitable premises through the legal side, design, planning and engineering to the construction itself.
