What the client said
Our office is located on a historic shopping street, in a very old and magnificent building in the centre of Vienna. Naturally, this challenges any interior designer to combine it with modernity without changing the history of a listed building. Our valued business partner, with his expertise and skill, more than rose to this challenge, and we are very happy with this great result, which makes us enjoy coming to the office even more!
How it went
In the historic centre of Vienna, the task was to bring the Austrian branch’s design in line with the corporate look. Across two floors and 400 m² in total, we addressed the acoustics given the high ceilings, the layout of the individual workstations and an overall cosier feel for the space. All of this in demanding conditions on one of Vienna’s most important streets.
The building’s historic character was respected through heavy curtains, which also serve an acoustic function, and designer vintage rugs under the meeting points.
The installation took just two days.
