Jakub Konečný / CEO, TITANS CZ

Without Honza, we’d still be packing boxes!
Moving into the new TITANS CZ offices was no small feat – from planning through construction work to the final move. And if it weren’t for Honza, our project manager and the chief orchestrator of the whole move, we might still be sitting among boxes looking for the coffee machine.
Honza had everything under control – arrangements with suppliers, keeping an eye on the budget, checking the construction work and negotiating with the building owner. When needed, he did the impossible on the spot and worked miracles overnight. His thoroughness, calm in crisis situations and eye for detail turned the whole process into something we’d happily do again (well, OK, but not for a few years). The whole move was summed up by his catchphrase: “don’t worry about it”. And he was right – everything was delivered on the promised date and within budget, which for me, as a co-owner of the company, is what matters most.
If you’re looking for a project manager who gets things done, doesn’t panic and keeps perspective while doing it, Honza is the one. A huge thank you from the whole TITANS team – it was a pleasure getting it done with you!

How it went

TITANS’s new offices in Prague had one key advantage – time. Thanks to careful project preparation, a thorough choice of location and smooth construction, everything went ahead without unnecessary stress. The decision to move was made as early as spring 2024, which allowed us to pay maximum attention to detail.

Together with architect Petra Tichotová and the TITANS in-house team, we created a space that feels like a modern living room. It is dominated by soft materials, brightness, well-considered acoustics and a perfect harmony between the space and natural light.
